§ 01 About

I get handed things when they're breaking. A board appointed me CEO of a near-insolvent media company; I rebuilt it to profitability. A YC AI-data startup brought me in for an urgent frontier-lab contract; we placed 200 experts in six weeks and the client renewed. Before that, seven years in crypto as an editor, CEO, governance delegate, and federal expert witness taught me to operate under uncertainty. Now moving to San Francisco to do this at an early-stage AI company.

§ 02 Fixed Overhead
